be present in person at the Immigration Department of Malaysia or State
Immigration Department which issued the initial approval.
Ø The Applicant should bring the following documents and payment:

Original & Copy Of Applicant's Passport
·
Form IMM. 55 (1 Copy)
·
Form IMM. 38 (1 Copy, If Applicable)
·
Current Proof Of 3 Month Offshore Income RM10,000 And Above
·
Original & Copy of Fixed Deposit (if Applicable)
·
Original & Copy of Comfirmation Letter From Bank (if
Applicable)
·
Original & Copy of Conditional Approval Letter
·
Original & Copy of Health Insurance
·
Original Medical Report (RB 2 Form) (Available at MM2H
Immigration Unit)

time is seven (7) working days.
